Funeral Information

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am on Tuesday, April 22nd at St. John Cantius Catholic Church in Wilno, MN.  Visitation will be held prior to the service at the church from 9am to 11am with the Rosary held at 9am.  Burial will be at the St. John Cantius Catholic Cemetery.  Houseman Funeral Home, Birk Chapel of Hendricks, MN has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Ron Skorczewski, age 79, of rural Canby, MN passed away surrounded by his family on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls, SD. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, March 20th at St. John Cantius Catholic Church in Wilno, MN. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7pm on Wednesday, March 19th at St. John Cantius Catholic Church in Wilno, MN with sharing of memories at 7pm. Visitation will resume one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at the St. John Cantius Catholic Cemetery. Doug Bernaciak, age 93, of Ivanhoe, MN passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the Hendricks Community Hospital Nursing Home in Hendricks, MN. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Friday, March 7th at St. John Cantius Catholic Church in Wilno, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
