Carol Rae Buller was born on May 5, 1939, to Raymond “Ray” and Ellen (Bunker) Berg in De Smet, South Dakota. When she was young, she was baptized and confirmed at the St. Thomas Catholic Church in De Smet.
Carol was united in marriage to the love of her life, Hugh Buller, on November 24, 1959, at the St. Peter Catholic Church in Colman, South Dakota. This marriage was blessed with four children, Kevin, Kim, Karen, and Kathy. Carol and Hugh were able to celebrate 59 beautiful years of marriage together before Hugh passed away on September 20, 2016.
